The primary and archive mailboxes are on different machines, the request to access the mailbox is landing in the correct portion of infrastructure but is trying to find the primary instead of the archive mailbox, resulting in impact. We've identified that intermittent 401 errors on some API endpoints are being caused by timeouts. We have applied mitigations that reduced impact in parts of the system and are continuing to deploy additional fixes and monitor recovery until error rates return to expected levels.

When clicking on the recalculate button the calculator icon spins indefinitely, and the "Calculated at" timestamp doesn't update. This is a visual bug, all calculations are still being performed as expected. The workaround is refreshing the page. We've classified this issue as a severity 4, and will update at the most every 5 business days.
